Called “Facebook News”, this hub was presented for the first time in the United States in 2019. It presents the main news of the day, personalized according to the interests of the user. Facebook will also provide original news summaries and reporting.
When it was launched, Facebook partnered with several media, including Channel 4 News, Financial Times, The Economist, ESI Media, Cosmopolitan, Glamor and Vogue.
When for England?
New negotiations between Facebook and other markets, such as England and Germany, are already underway on a possible future deployment of the information hub.
