▷ Google traffic: from 0 to 300 visitors per day on a blog 2020 -

The real problem with Google traffic needs to be identified. For some time now, several web entrepreneurs have been spreading the word that keeping a blog or a website is no longer too useful, because traffic is no longer there. They often advise to orient the different marketing strategies towards social networks and YouTube videos to make a living from your activity on the Internet …

For them, Google would be dead and above all can no longer send quality traffic to a blog. They advertise here and there that people are no longer doing Google searches.

This type of publication used by marketing gurus to sell their “Trainings” can confuse the beginner who may immediately think that a blog / site is no longer useful today.

It is true that competition is fierce on the Internet and that it is seriously difficult to get traffic in a few days. But by applying the right strategies, you will be able to attract thousands of visitors to your blogs and sites without worrying about it.

Today, I’m going to share with you some strategies that have allowed me to go from 30 to over 250 visitors a day in 30 days. These same strategies will allow me to double or even triple my traffic using Google as the biggest traffic provider.

1- Write SEO optimized articles

More and more people continue to write for fun and hope to get traffic from search engines. But to get traffic, you should write your articles to:

  • Search engines;
  • Your visitors.

This means that if you have taken into account only one of these components, you will most likely fail.

So the question you should ask yourself is first “How many people are looking for the information I have to convey? “ and then, “What is the competition on the keywords on which I want to position my article? “.

If you write an article in which the targeted keyword is searched by 5 people / month on Google, do not expect to get 1000 visitors on your article. But if you don’t target a keyword that receives 10,000 searches per month on Google, you can expect 200 people for that single article if it ends up in the top spot with the targeted keyword.

How to work on keywords?

There are not a thousand strategies to know the number of searches that Internet users perform for a keyword. You should simply use keyword research software. The purpose of this software is to unearth the volume of research on an expression and analyze the competition.

Most of the time, you will be told that Google Keyworld Tool can do the job. I can confirm that it is doing its part, but to get real results, you should go further by getting software designed for that.

For my part, I have been using Sécockpit for a while. Another software like Long Tail pro can also do this. The problem is that they are paid and therefore if you do not have enough budget, you must be content with Google and its software.

The size of your item

For some, betting on articles longer than 2000 words is the secret to success. Again, this is true if you position yourself on a highly competitive keyword.

If the competition is less harsh, even weak on your keyword, there is no point in wanting to make a speech in your article when it is clear that the visitor will not read all of your text. A short article of 1000 words, and sometimes even less, can already position itself well.

2- Publish at home and on influential blogs in your field

To get more visitors, you should also take the trouble to publish a few articles on friendly blogs and include links to one or two articles in your blog.

Here again, there is a mistake to avoid: posting on nascent or very young blogs, because they cannot add anything to your site at the moment. It’s going to be like starting to swim and learning to swim with other beginners as well.

For best results with guest articles, you should publish to influential blogs in your field or blogs older than yours. These sites already have a good SEO base and their links will carry weight in the eyes of Google robots.

The first two strategies will allow you to gain traffic from referring sites, but above all to optimize your articles for Google and receive long-term traffic.

3- Develop your brand image on social networks

The third aspect is the social aspect of your business. It brings you additional traffic, but for me, it helps you maintain a relationship of trust between your customers who love social and your business.

This does not mean that all of your attention should be focused on the social aspect to the point of abandoning the first strategies. Don’t forget that they will always help you get new visitors and therefore new customers.

4- Publish on YouTube intelligently

YouTube can also be a source of additional traffic. As they say at home, too much meat does not spoil the sauce. So getting traffic from YouTube won’t destroy your business if you do it smartly.

I am not one of those who thinks that you absolutely should do it to be successful. But for me, creating a YouTube channel is a complementary solution that helps you better develop a solid trust between you and your customers and increase your income. A video channel cannot replace your site / blog.

5- Give a pro aspect to your blog: not too useful at the beginning

Finally comes the ergonomics of your site. If you think a pro site with a sick design will have more impact at Google and send more traffic to a quality site, you get lost.

Post quality articles even if you have a “lousy” design at the moment. Then gradually continue to improve the design and you will have a beautiful site and well referenced content.

This is how I reach more than 300 visitors a day with my sites, naturally and without taking the lead.
