SFR.fr becomes the official portal for all of its brands …

A few months ago SFR began to merge its different brands by offering them a unique webmail: SFR messaging. Of course the brand could not stop there and last week the portal became the official starting point for all customers. It was time to clarify things a bit especially with Club-Internet customers who had seen their operator change their name twice in a few years. It is therefore to the credit of the brand to clarify things and start a unique communication.

A classic but effective portal…

New SFR portal presents itself in a fairly classic way, we find the information we used to find on such a site: various information and content (including a cinema section in partnership with AOL rather well thought out), services and a customer area allowing access to his emails, his account, his client benefits and assistance.

To support users towards this change, an event site has been created: www.monnouveauportailsfr.fr highlighting the advantages of the portal and explaining the steps to take ownership of it. The NeufCegetel and Club-Internet portals, which are still online today, will disappear and redirect to the new SFR portal.
