Cross reference – SEO WIKI
End-to-end reference (draft) is the slang term of CEO employees. At its core, a pass-through link is a hyperlink located on all pages of an Internet resource and linking to the same page.
Drafts are located in website templates, which is why they can be found on absolutely all pages. Most often, end-to-end links are links of partners or links in the footer of an Internet resource to its developers. It is worth noting that the “drafts” appeared on the Internet very first (even before the appearance of the first search engines).
