Instagram has confirmed testing of a feature allowing users to share short videos posted to Reels on Facebook …
Instagram Reels, a serious competitor of TikTok
Instagram officially launched Reels last August so that users could record and edit short 30-second videos with audio and effects, and share them on their feed. The social platform thus became one of TikTok’s main competitors.
Since then, it intends to develop even further and attract more users with the launch of several features and tools such as Audio Mix and Voice-over to add additional audio tracks to Reels clips, a “Reels” watermark or the new “mode”. Photobooth ”which allows you to take several photos in sequence.
A new test in India
Currently, Instagram is launching a test in India to allow some users to have their short videos recommended on Facebook. The clips will appear in Facebook’s news feed, but the social network will soon have its own version on its main app as well.
This new feature will allow creators to reach new audiences and users to create effective Instagram Reels content and discover more entertaining content.
