The big advantage of SEO : long-term traffic! No other lever can bring you such traffic in a sustainable way? Content if it is well optimized can bring audiences over several years.
Example, in 2015, I wrote this article “How to create your training organization”, today, this content generates between 3000 and 4000 visits per month. It is this interest in this article that gave us the idea, several years later, to train trainers to learn how to create and develop a training organization organisme
This article can be further improved, I will use it as an example to see, with you, the process of seo optimization via Semji Platform.

Step 1: identify the content to optimize from an SEO point of view
To optimize your content, you must already import them on Semji (be careful, you have a credit system, so it is important to import only the key content that you want to optimize).
Semji offers two import options:
- Browse pages using Search Console to find potential pages;
- Import a list of pages if you already have in mind the pages you want to work on.
Let us take the first option, the most interesting.
Semji uses Google Search Console data to help you identify potential pages.
You have filters at your disposal to sort it out: position, search volume, keyword, traffic …
Example: you can filter the pages positioned between position 5 and 11. In other words, the pages that already have results can be boosted to grab places in the serps and increase the audience.
Example above: I made a filter to display the pages positioned between position 5 and 11, I then make my choice according to the potential of the keyword (with the search volume).
The tool thus helps you to find SEO optimization opportunities.
Once the pages have been selected, you must indicate the target keyword (focus keyword), Semji offers you one automatically, but you can change it.
Next to the target keyword you have its search volume:
Once each page is associated with a keyword, you can import your pages and move on to the next step 😊
Similarly, I can import a list of pages known in advance and assign them a keyword:
For example here, I imported all the important pages to have them in my list of pages to optimize.
Step 2: prioritize your SEO optimizations
The editorials to be optimized then arrive in the opportunities and are analyzed by the Semji Platform algorithm.
For each content imported, Semji Platform will assign a “content score”, a score out of 100, indicating the level of optimization of the content.
You also get: the monthly number of clicks, the target keyword, the position on this keyword, the volume of searches AND: interesting: a priority 5 rating.
This rating is calculated according to the potential. The lower the optimization efforts versus the higher potential, the higher the score will be. We can thus prioritize the optimizations by starting with the content that does not require a big optimization and can obtain a maximum of results.
It is very pleasant !

Step 3: optimize your content
We can then attack the SEO optimization work! For each article, Semji Platform gives a battery of optimizations to be carried out with indicators allowing to quickly identify the main optimizations to be made:
Your score is shown at the top right and is updated as you improve.
The score side in real time gives a playful effect and allows to gain in efficiency!
Here, the initial score of my content is 67/100, the goal being to increase this score as I improve (Semji recommends a score of 75 or more).
In the blink of an eye, I have my optimization checklist, with a code color (red, green, yellow) allowing me to orient my optimizations.
In our example, the title and length of the content are optimized. I can, on the other hand, work on my research intentions and questions, or optimize my inbound links. We will see these elements in detail a little later.

Finally I can follow the performance of my content thanks to the connection with Google Analytics:
After optimization, an indicator will be placed in the curve to indicate the optimization date, so you will have an easy reading of the before-after optimization.
Big advantage here: we follow both the traffic performance but also the conversions generated by the content as well as the conversion rate of the latter for a more Roist vision.
Let’s go back to the optimization checklist, you will find these elements and for each of them appropriate advice:
- The title tag;
- The length of the content (Semji analyzes the number of words of the main competitors to give an objective);
- The research intention, the research intentions are the main themes linked to the target subject, they must be found in your subheadings (H2, H3…);
- The questions that Internet users ask themselves on the subject (based on Google suggestions), which must also be present in your headings;
- The expressions to include in your content. For each expression, you have the number of occurrences to aim for;
- Inbound links: Semji analyzes your Google results to suggest other pages on your site that can link to your content;
- And the outgoing links.
For each element, Semji Platform also gives additional information when you click on the “i” icon. Which can help when you’re not a SEO pro.
With each optimization done, the score increases, so you can see the impact of your optimization actions in real time.
Once you are ok on your score, you can integrate the content to your site and mark the optimization made on SEMJI to then follow the evolution of the traffic.
Focus on research intentions and questions
Semji will tell you the expressions to include in your headings (Hn) to make your content more efficient from an SEO point of view. Those which are already integrated are indicated in green, so you can easily add the others. It is a perfect tool to find new topics to integrate into its content to flesh it out.

Step 4: Finalize the SEO optimization of your content
In my example, I went from a score of 67 to 89:
I can now upload my optimizations, by doing a simple copy and paste.
Then remember to tell Semji that the content is online on your site by clicking on the corresponding button. This will allow you to follow the results.
Once optimized, the article arrives in the “published” section of semji with its new content score:
